Sydney Tower Run Up onlookers in the Pitt St Mall experienced a fun-filled workout on Friday August 29, taking part in an energetic "Stepper Challenge" competition, courtesy of Australia's largest fitness equipment retailer, Workout World.
The Biggest Loser's Commando Steve and Garry Guerreiro, along with Dr Andrew Rochford from Channel 9's What's Good For You got the crowd pumping, demonstrating their fitness prowess on the sturdy stepper machines supplied by Workout World. These renowned media identities encouraged the public to get their own hearts racing during two-minute "Stepper Challenges" which gave members of the crowd the chance to complete as many steps as they could in two minutes.

This invigorating Workout World Stepper Challenge formed part of the entertainment line-up at the annual Sydney Tower Run Up on August 29, a 1504-step endurance race up the city's tallest building.

The proud winner of the Workout World Stepper Challenge was John Bonasera from Balmain who completed a whopping 269 steps in two minutes. John took home a $100 gift voucher from Workout World Camperdown. In second place was Darrell Foster-Jones from Chester Hill with 255 steps.
Well done John and Darrell!
