The EXM2500 Gym and Leg Press Option is a multifunction gym similar to its parent model the GEXM3000. It has twin 200lb Weight stacks and gives you the ability to perform the following exercises:
Flat, decline & incline bench press, 90 degree shoulder press, Squats & Calf raise, Leg extension, Pec flye, Abdominal crunch, Seated row, Lat pulldown.

The Avanti XFit209L Treadmill has a large 3hp motor for continuous running power. Adjustable speed level from 0.8 - 18km/h and the incline level ranges from 0-12%. The XFIT 209L has aluminium side rails for additional rigidity, along with the Swing Arm Suspension technology for added running comfort. A large running mat surface of 50cm x 150cm provides adequate space for running.

The Impulse 425 Recumbent Bike has a extra wide seat along with an adjustable, breathable mesh seat back that allows for customized comfort. The Q-Factor, or distance between the left and right pedals is the narrowest in the industry. Built in hand pulse sensors and wireless chest strap heart rate control ensures that you are training at your optimum level.
