How can I track my online order?

Once your order has been shipped by us, you will receive a shipment notification email that contains your order details along with a tracking number and the courier it was shipped with. To track your order, copy your consignment number listed in the email and enter it on the couriers website for detailed tracking information.


My order shipment email didn't contain a tracking number?

If your order shipment notification email didn't contain any tracking information, please email Customer Service who will be able to assist you.


I haven't received a shipment notification email.

If you haven't received a shipment notification email from us, please check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received one, please email Customer Service.
